Standard Construction Process

Base surface pretreatment:

During construction, carefully clean the construction base surface, polish and remove rust if rust and corrosion occur in the sink, and clean it up.

It is necessary to ensure that the base surface of the sink is flat, the firmware is free of looseness, corrosion, oil, dust, and water to keep it clean. Firmware that has loose base surface must be replaced or reinforced.

For concrete: For uneven base surfaces of the soil sink, thicken the cement glue and level it with a batch knife. The thickness of the batch stop is less than 5mm. Note that the batch stop should not be too thick each time. The additional layer of this product should be used first in the cracks. The Yin-Yang corner hard seat arc treatment is used and waterproof additional layer treatment is used.

Construction preparation:

Determine the parts that need to be waterproofed and the width of the waterproof layer, and cut the polyester cloth of the corresponding width.

The paint needs to be stirred evenly when used, but there is no need to dispense water or auxiliary materials separately. You can apply it directly.

During construction, it can be done in a brush, rolling and scraping manner. Relevant working tools should be prepared and necessary measures for labor protection should be taken.

Construction method (three coatings and one cloth):

1. Mix the YOOGU sink coating evenly in proportion and cut the polyester cloth of the corresponding width. Clean the construction foundation surface.

2. First coating: Apply a water-resistant acrylic waterproof coating on the cleaned base surface with the stirred sink.

3. One cloth: When the coating is still wet, lay the surface of the polyester cloth and press it tightly with a brush.

4. Second coating: Then apply the second waterproof acrylic waterproof coating on the surface of the polyester cloth, and allow the waterproof coating to penetrate the polyester cloth fully to make the waterproof layer of the two coating and one cloth dry and solid to ensure that the coating is uniform, wrinkled, full, and tight.

5. Three coatings: After the second coating - the cloth is dry and solid, apply a waterproof coating on the sink waterproof acrylic surface.
