Construction Pre-treatment

1. Identify the roof area requiring waterproofing construction. Before construction, thoroughly clean the color steel plate surface of the roof. Ensure the base surface fixtures are secure, free of oil, dust, and standing water, keeping it clean.

2. Patch and repair any perforations or damages on the color steel plates. Straighten and restore any warped or deformed color steel plates to ensure the entire roof surface is level, intact, and free of warping.

3. Repair and reinforce any loose or missing screws on the color steel plates to ensure they are tight and secure.

Construction Preparation

1. Determine the areas requiring waterproofing treatment and the width of the waterproofing layer, and pre-cut the reinforcing polyester fabric to the corresponding width.

2. Stir the coating thoroughly before use; no additional water or additives are needed, and it can be applied directly.

3. Application can be done by brushing, rolling, or scraping. Prepare the relevant tools and ensure necessary labor protection measures are in place.

Construction Process (Three-Coat-One-Cloth)

First Coat: Apply a coat of highly elastic flexible acrylic base waterproof coating on the cleaned and prepared base surface.

One Cloth: While the base waterproof coating is still wet, lay the pre-cut woven polyester fabric flat onto the coating.

Second Coat: Immediately apply another coat of the highly elastic flexible acrylic base waterproof coating over the woven polyester fabric. Ensure the coating fully saturates the fabric, avoiding blistering or wrinkling, so the coating integrates through the fabric's pores with the underlying coat to form a seamless whole until fully cured.

Third Coat: After the previous coat has dried, apply a final coat of UV-resistant acrylic surface waterproof coating until fully cured.

Construction Specifications

Reference consumption: Theoretical coverage for the base coat is 45 m² per 20 liters; actual utilization rate for the woven polyester fabric is 90%; theoretical coverage for the top coat is 55 m² per 20 liters. Actual material consumption depends on construction conditions and substrate status.

Construction Tools
