Project Introduction

At that time, the customer's indoor putty fell off on a large area, and he spent a lot of manual repairs on the exterior wall, applied transparent waterproof glue, and replaced the tiles, but the problem still exists. When we conducted on-site inspection, the customer also expressed doubts about us. After our company's detailed analysis on site and water leakage inspection, we finally determined that the main reason for the customer was the leakage of the daughter's wall. Since the daughter's wall part was more obvious, our company used rigid and flexible double waterproofing here to completely solve the leakage problem. After the first phase of the project was completed, before the personnel had withdrawn, the second phase of the project was started immediately.

The original waterproof layer fails to aging. Under the thermal expansion and contraction of the roof and the pressure inside the structural layer, the original waterproof coil breaks and peels off from the base surface, and the waterproof effect becomes weak. This causes rainwater to enter the insulation layer through the original waterproof layer, and then flows through the structural layer to the intersection of the daughter's wall and the roof to seep into the room. In addition, the joint between the expansion joint and the floor slab flows into the room, resulting in water leakage.

Previously, due to the wrong judgment of the original construction unit, a lot of labor costs were spent on external wall maintenance and could not solve the fundamental problem.
