Project Introduction

Guangdong Haida Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech listed company integrating the research and development, production and sales of aquatic feed, livestock and poultry feed and aquatic feed premix and healthy breeding as its main business. It takes "technology to promote agriculture and change the current situation in the countryside" as its sacred mission, and takes aquatic premix, aquatic products and livestock and poultry compound feed as its main products, providing technical services for the entire breeding process to farmers. Haida Group has achieved production and sales in key aquaculture areas across the country, with nearly 40 subsidiaries and six pilot bases across the country.

Phase I project: Contacted the customer in April 2017. It happened that there was a water leakage in the rainy season. Because I had never cooperated, due to my lack of understanding of the process and quality, I asked our company to first do 2,000㎡ steel structure roof waterproofing, mainly looking at the effect. Under the leadership of our company's professional construction team, the roof was waterproofed, which formed a seamless waterproof system for the color steel plate roof. After several rainwater verifications, the roof leak problem was solved. It was recognized by Party A during the follow-up visit. Party A also proposed that overall waterproofing is also required for the other two warehouses, so that on-site measurements are carried out to propose solutions.

Phase II project: July 2017 was the typhoon and rainy season. Large-scale water leakage occurred in the finished product warehouse and production workshop during heavy rainstorms. It is common to rain during the rainy season in Guangdong. During the rainy season in July, heavy rainstorms lasted for several consecutive days, causing the feed in the warehouse to get wet, causing serious losses to the finished product. Because the first maintenance quality is better after verification, after multiple negotiations between the two parties, our company was asked to carry out emergency roofing plans and carry out waterproof construction as soon as possible to reduce the damage caused by water leakage to the feed. The project has a large project volume, a tight construction period, and a urgent construction time. After 30 days of hard work, the professional construction team of Yougu Company successfully completed the overall waterproofing project of 13,000 square meters of steel structure roof, completely solving the problem of water leakage in the roof. With the cooperation of both parties, the loss of Party A's finished feed products was reduced. Under the strict quality control supervision of our company, the project was a complete success.
