During the on-site inspection by our technicians, they found that there were also water accumulation in the sunny gutters, thick soil accumulation, and poor drainage of the gutters. Because the gutter material is color steel plates, the color steel plates have been wet and thick soil accumulation in the gutter for a long time. The original waterproof material has been soaked in water for a long time and has now become aging and has lost its waterproof effect. The long-term non-drying causes serious rust in the gutters. The discharge volume is not timely during heavy rain, causing water to leak from the joints of the gutter and the rust and perforated parts, resulting in water leakage from the gutter. After communicating with the person in charge on the spot, our company proposed a professional construction plan. After several discussions with Party A, it was finally recognized by Party A and obtained the opportunity for cooperation. Anti-corrosion and waterproofing construction was carried out on the gutter. After completion, the gutter was closed and the final acceptance was finally successfully completed.
