The YOOGU thermal insulation layer is composed of a thermal insulation base layer and a thermal insulation surface coating, and after curing, it forms a thermal insulation system. The thermal insulation material is a high-efficiency thermal insulation coating made of imported 100% pure acrylic polymer emulsion and added fine auxiliary materials. It has a good alveolar function and can reflect 85% of solar energy and heat energy, up to 95% of the emissivity, and can quickly dissipate the heat gathered on the roof. It has an extremely low thermal conductivity coefficient, which can effectively prevent the transfer of heat energy from outdoors and indoors, thereby producing a heat insulation and cooling effect. It can generally reduce the temperature of the roof surface by about 25 degrees. The thermal insulation coating does not require a protective layer, and it is strongly bonded to the substrates of various materials, and has a long service life. Material composition

YOOGU Yougu Thermal Insulation King Base Layer Coating------used for bonding with the base layer and heat resistance;

YOOGU thermal insulation king surface coating------Used for the surface to resist ultraviolet radiation, has a reflection function; can reduce indoor temperature, and has the self-cleaning effect of reducing dust and dirt adhesion.

Construction technology

1. Base surface treatment: When cleaning up the roof garbage and dust, it is necessary to ensure that the base surface firmware is not loose, and that the roof is clean and firm, dry, flat, oil stains, rust or frozen matter, and water seepage.

2. First, open the YOOGU Yougu Heat Insulation King base coating, stir evenly and use it. Apply/roll-layer YOOGU heat insulation king base coating in areas where heat insulation is required to ensure uniform coating and no bottoming is found.

3. After the base coating is dry (about eight hours), apply/spray/roll-coat-layer YOOGU high-core thermal insulation king surface coating, and finally wait for the surface thermal insulation coating to dry.
