Standard Construction Process

1. Grind the base surface: Use a professional grinder to fully polish it with a 100-mesh resin grinding disc (can be wetted with clean water and then polished) to expose the clean and fresh surface of the concrete.

2. Clean the base surface: Clean the dirt generated by the grinding. If the water grinding is used for the ground, all the accumulated water needs to be cleaned.

3. Spray material: Use concrete sealing and curing agent to spray evenly on the ground after grinding (dose per square meter: 0.4kg-0.5kg), and fully react for 2-4 hours.

4. Clean the base surface: When the surface begins to become viscous, moisten the ground with bright water for about 2 hours, then remove all the bright water and dry naturally for more than 12 hours.

5. Preliminary polishing: After the ground is completely dry, the ground polishing work is carried out. First, use a professional 300-mesh epoxy resin grinder for comprehensive polishing (2-3 times) to initially polish the entire base surface.

6. Comprehensive polishing: Use a professional grinding machine for 500-1000 mesh epoxy resin to perform comprehensive polishing (2-3 times) to fully polish the entire base surface.
