Standard Construction Process

1. Comprehensive view: comprehensively check the status of the land and scientifically formulate treatment plans.

2. Comprehensive treatment: Remove hollows and loose surface layers and repair them smoothly; thoroughly remove water stains, oil stains and other chemical pollution; finely polish the ground, remove surface sand particles, debris, etc., and finally clean and vacuum.

3. Primer: After the floor treatment, use epoxy primer with good permeability and strong adhesion to apply evenly on the floor to make it completely permeable to the plain ground and form

Full resin bottom layer.

4. Medium coating soil: After the primer is cured, epoxy putty is used to append it to the primer to form a completely closed and flat surface layer without any holes.

5. Top coating: After the middle coating is cured, grind it with a fine sand machine and carefully grind it, then clean and vacuum it. Finally, the prepared top coating material is evenly applied on the batch soil to form a flat surface layer.

Storage construction

1. Store in a dry and ventilated place at room temperature;

2. Avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes;

3. After mixing the two components evenly, let stand for a few minutes and use up within 1 hour. Clean the tools immediately after construction;

4. The temperature below 10°C and the humidity above 85% should be selected for low temperature and humidity conditions;

5. Pedestrians can be made after three days of construction, driving within five days, etc.
