The epoxy self-leveling anti-static floor coating system can meet such requirements, realizing the three-effect integration of high wear resistance, high impact resistance and anti-static functions. While continuing the excellent properties of the traditional self-leveling floor coating system, this system also adds a two-component epoxy self-leveling floor coating system prepared by adding conductive powder and surfactant. In order to achieve a relatively ideal application effect of epoxy resin anti-static level coating floor, it is necessary to conduct overall inspection of the concrete base surface and comprehensive treatment of shelling, cracking, lump surface, loosening, oil stains, etc. to make the working surface achieve a flat, drying and clean effect. Then the epoxy anti-static floor project is constructed to make the floor achieve beautiful, dust-proof, anti-static, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant effects.


1. Check the ground and repair cracks: After grinding, check the ground to see if there is any loose ground falling off during the hair pulling process. If necessary, repair it with epoxy mortar.
2. Grinding and vacuuming the base surface: Use a professional floor grinder to grind the base surface to be made once (eventually make the epoxy floor and the floor tightly bond together).
3. Clean the dust on the ground.
4. Determine humidity: "Rubber pad test" Use 1mx 1m polyZene film to stick it on the concrete surface with tape (built-in drying tissue) and take it away after 24 hours, so that the amount of condensate is determined.
5. Epoxy anti-static primer: The purpose is to close the surface and penetrate the ground, so that the epoxy floor is closely integrated with the floor (the primer mixes the main material and curing agent in proportion, stirs evenly, and paints the base surface, requiring uniformity and no omissions).
6. Clean the dust on the ground.
7. Lay copper foil: paste copper foil with elastic wire (spacing 1mx1m).
8. Epoxy anti-static intermediate coating: The purpose is to further repair, level the ground, and prepare for topcoat construction. Mix the main material of the medium-coated mortar and the curing agent in proportion, stir well, and the construction time is limited to about 30 minutes. Use a toothed trowel to scrape it thoroughly to make the surface flat.
9. Lightly grind and vacuum the base surface: Use a professional floor grinder to grind the base surface to be made once (in the end, the epoxy floor is better and more tightly bonded together).
10. Epoxy putty layer: The purpose is to further repair, level the floor, and prepare for topcoat construction. Mix the middle coated main material and curing agent in proportion, stir well, and set the construction time of mixing for about 30 minutes, apply it once to make the surface flat.
11. Epoxy anti-static level surface coating: After the middle coating is cured, the construction area is closed and no idle personnel are allowed to enter and exit. Re-clean the ground, carefully check, remove surface particles, repair ground defects, and use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum and clean the floor for surface coating. First stir the main epoxy topcoat material evenly, then add the curing agent to the main material bucket, stir well, spray with a high-pressure airless sprayer, pay attention to the construction direction and construction interval, if there is a curing block in the stirring barrel primer, it must be stopped and replace the stirring barrel. The topcoat after adding the curing agent must be used within 30 minutes.
