In order to improve the professional skills of construction workers in the construction waterproofing industry, and to cultivate and strengthen the trainers required for the industry, construction is more standardized. Sponsored by the China Building Waterproof Association and the Seal Materials Branch of the China Building Waterproof Association and co-organized by the China Building Materials Inspection and Certification Group Suzhou Co., Ltd., it specially invited senior trainers from Japan Kenixi Company to use foreign construction machines to teach theoretical knowledge and construction skills of foreign glue construction.

Before the training began, Liu Li, the training director of the Industry Department of the China Building Waterproof Association, delivered a speech on behalf of the China Building Waterproof Association. She said that since the beginning of the construction training in 2013, the association has attached great importance to foreign experts' training and learned advanced waterproof construction technology from foreign experts. We have previously held construction technology training courses in the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan and other countries, and this period is the 8th period. At the same time, the glue technology training has started last year and this year is the second period. This training has been greatly improved and improved compared with last year, adding a lot of valuable training content. She hopes that the students will understand carefully during the training, actively communicate with Japanese teachers, cherish valuable training opportunities, put what they have learned into practice, and this trip is worthwhile.

She pointed out that the development of prefabricated buildings will bring new development opportunities to the sealant industry, and the continuous expansion of the use areas will also increase the requirements for sealant construction technology. This training invited Japanese experts to introduce the relevant knowledge, construction techniques and precautions of sealant to you more systematically and widely in terms of original technology, to teach you new knowledge and answer questions. She hopes that the students can master the operational skills in the training and study hard and practice more.

They expressed their happiness in coming to China and attached great importance to this training. They hope that the students can communicate more with teachers and discuss industry technologies during the training process, which will benefit. 

The theoretical part of this training includes the basic knowledge, characteristics and scope of application of various sealing materials, relevant standard systems, engineering technical specifications, case analysis, etc.; the practical part is the use of glue construction equipment, construction technology and treatment methods, on-site practical exercises, etc. 

The students participating in this training class have been engaged in building waterproof seal construction for more than 2 years and have certain theoretical knowledge of waterproof sealing and construction experience.

The training lasts for two days, and will be conducted with the importance of sealant engineering, sealant knowledge theory courses and practical sealant construction guidance courses. The students will learn through watching videos and lecturer operation drills.

After the training, the students will take the theoretical examination and practical operation assessment of professional qualification appraisal. The theoretical knowledge will be subject to a closed-book written test, with a full score of 100 and 60 points passing; the operating skills assessment will be subject to a practical operation, with a full score of 100 and 60 points passing. 

Those who pass both assessments will receive the national professional qualification certificate of "Decoration and Decoration Worker (Glue Worker)" issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China, which is universally used nationwide; and the "Building Waterproof Seal Industry Vocational Skills Trainer" certificate issued by the China Construction Waterproof Association.
