YOOGU functional automatic rust removal primer: This product is a colorless, transparent reactive water-based high-efficiency automatic rust removal and rust removal coating. After applying this coating on the steel surface with severe rust for 3 minutes, all rust layers will disappear, and the surface of the workpiece will appear a blue-black protective film, so that it can achieve a long-term anti-rust effect. This coating can be used in conjunction with any oily topcoat. It is composed of imported multi-dimensional synthetic resin, anti-rust additive, rust transfer agent, curing agent and active additive. It has super strong rust conversion function, network and reaction, and can be painted with rust. The anti-rust material reacts with active rust under the action of inorganic acid, converts the rust into a new stable protective layer, and penetrates into the metal surface and fine pinholes, converts the rust layer on the metal surface into a beneficial protective layer, and firmly adheres to the metal surface. It is a high-performance automatic conversion and rust removal coating.

Construction method

1. The YOOGU functional automatic rust removal primer of this product must be combined with intermediate anticorrosion paint and topcoat for better use. When used, it can be constructed by spraying, rolling, brushing and other methods.

2. First, remove the floating rust, dust, oil stains, garbage, etc. on the base surface, and repair and level the rust-through areas.
3. On the cleaned base surface, apply or spray a functional automatic rust removal primer. The coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 8 hours.
4. Brush or spray the YOOGU reinforced epoxy mica anti-rust intermediate paint, the coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 8 hours.
5. Brush or spray YOOGU acrylic anticorrosion topcoat, the coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 36 hours to be accepted (the surface can be adjusted in color).

 

Construction instructions

Surface treatment: The front-channel paint film should be completely dry and remove all oil and debris from the paint film.

Mixing ratio: Single-component coating, stir well after opening the packaging.

Limitation: The temperature of the substrate must be 3℃ above the dew point. The relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%.
