The roof material is color steel plate. The current color steel plate roof has been used for more than 8 years. Due to the presence of certain polluted gases and acid- and alkaline gases in the air during the production process of nearby factories, it has been under such an environment for a long time, resulting in large-scale corrosion of the color steel plate roof.

In addition, local rainfall and climate have a certain impact on roof corrosion, and roof corrosion to varying degrees occurs. Whenever it rains, the rust on the roof is affected by the environment and the oxidation and decomposition of acid and alkali rainwater. The rainwater will flow along the color steel plate, causing serious rust. Over time, there is now a large area of ​​corrosion. If anti-corrosion renovation is not done in time, it will gradually cause the color steel plate to become more and more rust and eventually lead to serious water leakage, and the maintenance cost will be greater.

Previously, the metal roof of the company's factory had been severely rusted, and water leakage often affected the company's normal production order, but it has not been resolved.
